Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, architecture, or related fields a plus
• 3+ years of related experience
• Self-starter
• Previously demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deltek Vantagepoint software experience a plus
Job Essentials
• Provide administrative support for assigned Project Manager by assisting with overall project accounting for life of the project.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure subcontracts and change orders are completed and executed in a timely manner
• Utilize Project Manager's input for budgets, planning, tracking, and close-out in GHP's ERP
• Review and approve invoices with Project Manager
• Deliver timely reporting, budgeting, financial management, and project reporting and forecasting to clients and project managers
• Monitors Accounts Receivable and support project managers with collection efforts
• Review project budgets, staffing, and work plans to guarantee appropriate fees
• Communicate with clients as needed
• Manage, track, and coordinate project needs
• Implement document control standards within the required standards
• Oversee project closeout process for archiving
• Sets up and maintains projects in ERP system with accuracy

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator performs project administrative duties including updating project budgets, plans, invoicing, AP, contracts, reports, and filing to ensure projects operate smoothly. They will support Project Managers in maintaining project information in GHP's ERP and document control processes. This key individual will ensure the financial performance of GHP's projects is correctly measured on a monthly basis. They will also help coach Project Managers to understand the financial life cycle of their projects from the bidding process to project close out.
Salary Description
$45,000 - $70,000
