- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and execute work
- Recruit, assess, and coordinate subcontractors
- Maintain preferred vendor list and applicable documentation
- Oversee and direct facility maintenance and capital improvement projects from conception to completion

- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Be proactive to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Communicate project status with customers
- Draft proposals with detailed scopes of work for customer approval
- Manage project budgets
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
- Prioritizing multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Basic knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Leadership and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of common software applications
- Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or higher
- Construction or Contracting experience a plus, but not required
