Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams to ensure all project activities are completed on time and to the required quality specifications. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timelines are met, project schedules are developed and maintained, and communication with stakeholders is clear and concise.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in the successful execution of personal care and oral care manufacturing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, managing and executing manufacturing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate and follow up with procurement to manage supply chain for projects assigned, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor and work with the Regulatory specialists to ensure projects meet regulatory/FDA requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the quality assurance department to maintain quality control measures in manufacturing products. Ensuring products meet the highest standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Maintain project timelines, identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address issues to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Manage and create project documentation, including Packaging and Printed Material Specification Forms, Production Specifications, Deviations/Change Controls, reports, etc., ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare regular status reports for the Sales and Customer service team and Operations.
• Creating bill of materials and ensuring all formulas entered in are approved and up to date.
• Conduct project closure activities, including evaluating project success and capturing lessons learned for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project coordination and management — at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with developing and managing project timelines
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Business Administration, Project Management)
• Must be able to work on-site from Monday-Friday.

Preferred/Plus:

• Experience in personal care, cosmetics, oral care, food & beverage, or nutraceutical manufacturing/companies is preferred/plus
• Knowledge of Personal Care/Oral Care/Cosmetic industry regulations and requirements is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
