The Marketing Project Coordinator will be assist the entire Marketing team by planning, overseeing, tracking, assigning, and reporting on a wide variety of projects across all of Trove’s brands: BlenderBottle, Owala, Whiskware, and Trove Nutrition. This position will will also oversee our digital asset storage and organization.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's/BS degree or two years work experience in business, project management, marketing or related area.
Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Prioritize incoming requests, balance the team's workload, negotiate due dates where needed, and ensure the team is delivering the most important projects by the necessary deadlines.
- Oversee organization of digital asset management software and all digital assets.
- Field incoming requests for each of the teams to ensure completeness of information and prerequisites.
- Develop and maintain a positive, effective, synergistic relationship with internal teams (digital, brand, creative and sales).
Qualifications
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Associate's/BS or certifications related to project planning and/or business in general or two years work experience in business, project management, marketing, or related area.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong technical ability- specifically a passion for using technology automation to streamline processes.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Comfortable and confident in holding people accountable while maintaining mutual respect and strong relationships.
