Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.
** while this is a remote position, we will be looking for someone who lives and can onboard in the Bellingham / Blaine / Lynden area.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Assist with create projects, jobs, and associated activities and populating activities with estimated quantities
- Assist with scheduling work, planning travel, and grouping trips based on production averages
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure they understand the scope, their responsibilities, and have the tools and systems access required
- Ensure the teams provide daily production reports and track progress against established milestones and deliverables
- Act as a point of contact to ensure all teams are and stakeholders are updated on status, roadblocks, scope changes, and quality findings
- Support the finance team by pulling reports to validate final production totals for invoicing
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using various web and phone-based applications (Google Maps, MS Office, MS Teams, etc...) to communicate, get work assignments, and populate timesheet and expense related information
- Must have a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Must be a self-starter with integrity and confidence who strives to achieve in even the most challenging environments with limited supervision
- Proficient in or willing to learn basic data entry in QuickBooks
Education and experience:
- Project Management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (military or technical school is a plus)
- While not required, Prior experience in Telecommunications or Electrical industry (is a plus)
