We are a driven, energetic Project Coordinator to join their operations team with solid computer skills, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
To succeed, you should have: Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM is required. Ability to work in a paperless environment. Solid problem-solving skills Adaptability and the ability to pivot as needed within the role.
Your responsibilities as the Project Coordinator will include: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Setting up opportunities, estimating, and quoting based on customer requests and field notes. Resolve customer inquiries upon receipt.
Communications between all internal and external customers Project/order set-up with milestone tracking for timely and on-budget job completion. Project coordination/management Assist in maintaining technician and installer schedules for optimizing utilization. Prepare work orders for the install team and confirm the scope and materials for the job as outlined within the scope of work.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback after completing work. Sourcing parts as needed. Team meetings and identifying process building.
Administrative and field support for the department as needed. Monitoring job sites Permit coordination as needed. Punchlist and Shortages coordinated between the factory and job site.
