Job Description
Summary: Looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in commercial construction and experience in AR/Accounting, scheduling, and project coordination.
Requirements:
Associate Arts degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with AR/Accounting and billing
Proven track record in project coordination and scheduling
Experience working within a commercial construction environment
Preferred Skills:
- General knowledge around installation and operations of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls
Responsibilities:
Set-up project in business system based on Sales to Operations transition documents
Assist in the initiation and tracking of contract projects to ensure compliance and successful completion date
Prepare invoices for billing and any additional documentation required for billing purposes
Assist Engineering Specialists and Project Managers with the preparation of submittals and operation/maintenance manuals
Work with the Project manager to assist in forecasting projects
Process invoices according to project contract documentation
Initiate process for purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, etc.
Understand customer contracts to determine the need for project specific documentation
Assist Project Manager with the project cost at completion forecast
Coordinate with customers on contract documentation including tax documents, purchase orders, etc.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
