Project Coordinator

Our coordinator is often the first and last interaction our customers have with Paul Davis Restoration, starting by answering the initial call and ending with collection of final payment upon satisfactory completion of the project. The coordinators perform several crucial tasks: inbound call management, escalating customer service needs, entering and auditing pertinent details into the job management platform, job file management, collections efforts for on-going jobs, and third-party progress updates.

Ideal applicants will strive to exceed customer expectations, guide the customer through the entire restoration journey-educating and reassuring them, excel at multitasking- ob file auditing one moment and excepting an inbound call the next, and display professional persistence until problem resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently view job progress through “Customer’s eyes.”
• Communicate with the customer, driving continuous success, throughout all phases of project.
• Coordinate with customers and dispatch operations upon receipt of incoming job.
• Setup new/incoming job files in accordance with established formats.
• Data entry of all required and pertinent information.
• Facilitate collection of funds from active customers.
• Responsible for supporting essential areas of third-party and Paul Davis programs such as SLA training requirements and program scorecard management.

Job Qualifications (Required Skills):

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced coordination role preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
