As a Project Assistant in our Los Angeles office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Job Type: Temporary, hourly assignment.

Work Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week, Tuesdays – Wednesdays – Thursdays.

In this role, you will demonstrate independent judgment, initiative, and discretion in filling a broad range of project support responsibilities. You will be working closely with our project coordinators and project team members to carry out our project coordination and support duties in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

Expertise of our most successful Project Assistant:

• An Associate Degree or commensurate experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.

Effective skills to help you flourish:

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Self-initiative and motivated.
• Ability to work efficiently and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines.
