Form of workProject Analyst, Senior Key Role: Provide Systems Administration, Configuration Management, and Web Development support to USCYBERCOM web-based initiatives and functions in accordance with mission requirements. Assist in preparing technical documents, specifications, and requirements for developmental projects, and make trade-off and best technical approach analyses. Initiate and make recommendations on technology process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product and service offerings to enhance the technology function's positive impact on the client's mission.
Translate technical roadmaps into detailed project plans including timelines. Lead, participate, and execute an agile (SCRUM) and traditional waterfall methodology. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience as a program analyst -Ability to work independently without supervision -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph -Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance, or Accounting Additional Qualifications: -CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
