Form of workProject Analyst, Lead Key Role: Provide expert support to a team of Government program managers and engineering staff. Facilitate cross-organizational communication across dynamic and geographically dispersed organizations. Gather and analyze data to create thorough and timely recommendations to senior Government leaders.
Develop dynamic strategies to source services and solutions for complex space launch range capabilities. Ensure PMO alignment with required regulatory and statutory documentation. Develop strategies to transition systems from completing development to operations.
Use data analysis to support financial management processes, budget planning, and programmatic baselines. Conduct analysis of PMO processes and provide creative solutions to improve effectiveness. Create products to aid in developing and coordinating modification projects.
Support the development, analysis, update, and maintenance of program documentation and processes. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with DoD agencies or organizations 3+ years of experience with space launch or range mission execution Experience working in government strategy development, acquisitions, and contracting Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes Experience with Program Management and Project Management Knowledge of Air Force and Space Force Financial processes Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles Ability to directly support and communicate with Senior government leaders and provide strategic recommendations Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with supporting the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) program TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in Engineering Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) in Program Management Certification PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
