ENE Systems is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator to assist in all areas of setting up new jobs, new change orders and owning the monthly invoicing process. This role will also lend a hand in the administration support of other offices and collection efforts as needed.
Requirements
Duties:
- Work with the sales and operations teams for the booking, invoicing and collecting of new jobs, change orders and service contracts in the accounting system and maintain corresponding documents within network folders
- Perform monthly AIA invoicing on construction projects
- Electronic filing of documentation and updating Schedule of Values where necessary
- Manage communication of the internal Bookings and External receivables email account
- Investigate and reconcile issues related to invoicing, POs or payment questions that may arise
- Support the Project Management and Sales team as needed with any reporting or analysis
- Assist in the job close out process inclusive of reconciling projects, opening warranty jobs, transferring of cost and warranty letter issuance
- Work with receivables team to assist in the collections of monies owed
- Obtaining certificates of insurance, collecting and distribution of lien waivers
Experience:
- Prior work in the construction industry preferable
- Billing and invoicing experience required
- Accounts receivable and collections experience necessary
- Strong excel experience required
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Spectrum a plus) utilizing multiple divisions, companies with multiple offices

- Ability to see the bigger picture, ask questions, make recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to interface with all levels of employees
