Project Accountant / Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Accountant/Analyst in Burlington, MA. This client is a growing company with a great culture. This role will be working in a hybrid model-2 days a week in office and 3 days per week remote.Duties Include: Project Accountant/Analyst will provide general accounting and finance support to Project Manager Assist with budgets, proposals, and financial reports Assist with AP and invoicing Review and upload contracts into accounting system As a Project Accountant/Analyst, you will process invoice credits and resolve billing issues Maintain financial information for projects Prepare ad-hoc accounting reports Bachelor's degree is preferred 1-3 years of experience, accounting or financial related Moderate Excel skills is required (formatting spreadsheets, basic formulas) Will consider experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract management Strong attention to detail Personable The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
