Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our MedTech client to recruit a fully remoteProgrammatic Media Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 3-6+ months. In this role, you will be joining a nuanced programmatic team focused on executing campaigns for a variety of healthcare brands. This role requires in-depth stakeholder communication and management skills, working with a variety of end clients to scope, manage, optimize and report on these campaigns. Keeping ROI at the front of mind, you will be able to implement tailored strategies based on different brand needs. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of Programmatic Media management or trading experience. Expertise with DSP platforms is an absolutely must, particularly with The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, etc. and tools like LiveRamp. Excellent cross-functional and client communications skills are crucial in this role, so experience in an agency environment is a huge plus! Additionally, healthcare industry experience will put you at the top of our list.
This is a contract role, currently scoped for 3-6+ months. You can sit anywhere in the US to be a fit, as long as you're flexible to connect with stakeholders who may be on misaligned time zones. This is a 40 hour/week, W2 contract role, with pay and benefits through LHH. Hourly compensation ranges from $48-52, with potential slight flexibility for a perfect match. You will:
Strategize, create, execute, manage and optimize end-to-end Programmatic Media plans and campaigns across multiple platforms
Partner with internal teams in data analysis, insights, technology and similar to leverage all resources and experts to drive ROI
Serve as the DSP subject-matter expert, working to educate stakeholders and partners on campaign tools and decisions
Negotiate private deals with media partners
Your experience should include:
2+ years of Programmatic Media management or trading experience
Agency experience and/or experience in healthcare or MedTech, highly preferred
Deep DSP knowledge with experience in tools like The Trade Desk and Yahoo DSP; In-depth Google Analytics and Excel experience
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to both scope campaigns with stakeholders and execute strategy
