Customer Success & Project Manager

If so, Manski Media is looking for a Customer Success & Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, acting as the main point of contact for communication, feedback, and strategic planning. You will work closely with both our clients and our internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies, project timelines, tracking, time optimization and much more. Simply put this will not be a boring role with nothing going on..

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to review action plans, gather feedback, and align on upcoming month's planning.
  • Act as the primary communication channel between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs and expectations are effectively communicated, scheduled, tasks are delegated, and done on time.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to delegate tasks and ensure efficient execution of client projects.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional plans and services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Manski Media's services and offerings to effectively guide clients in selecting the most suitable solutions.
  • Handle client escalations and conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism, working towards resolutions that satisfy both parties.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, feedback, and action items in relevant systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success processes and strategies.
  • Assist in the development of creative and strategic recommendations to enhance client campaigns and results.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a take charge, get $#!+ done kind of personality while balancing out not being an @$$ about it when dealing with other team members.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or project management role, preferably in a marketing agency or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of marketing and communication tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
  • Comfortable with conflict resolution and maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and project requirements.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or better yet, real-life experience in this kind of role.
  • Skills in Google Business sytems and Meta Business Manger would be a huge plus!

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
