Job description

We are hiring for an Account Manager to join our team! This role will work closely with a team of designers to create a website and coordinate additional marketing services that your client has purchased. This is not a traditional Account Manager role where your primary goal is sales and managing client portfolios, but leading short projects (between 8-12 weeks on average) and providing an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients into WEO Media. About this Job

As an Account Manager at WEO Media, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our dental practice clients while websites are designed, built and launched. You will be a key member of our PreLaunch team, collaborating with various departments to coordinate successful launches and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Your role will involve overseeing projects from kickoff to website launch, managing communication between multiple teams, and handling multiple projects concurrently. You will be the key liaison between WEO Media and our clients, facilitating communication and maintaining project timelines while ensuring seamless coordination with designers.


When working with clients, an ideal candidate will understand how to problem solve, and work through ambiguity of the problem with a team. You will live in the ‘messy middle’ of figuring out problems in this role. Communication and collaboration is key, as is the ability to identify and bring up any issues early and often.

We have a fantastic group of people in our PreLaunch team that you will support. Your team will work closely with our Support and SEO teams, as well as collaborating across departments for our client's success.

Education and Experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of account or project management experience
  • Experience in an agency setting preferred
  • Experience with ticketing and project management software
  • Exposure to web design, ability to read html and css preferred

  • Clearly communicate process, solutions and implementation specifications
  • Understand content strategy as well as a basic understanding of SEO best practices
  • Demonstrate organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Prioritize tasks and to ask for help when appropriate
  • Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Manage multiple competing priorities/deadlines and projects, and able to complete projects to deadline

Compensation & Benefits

This position is full-time salary exempt, and available for remote work. Our salary offerings for this role range from 45,000.00 to 55,000.00 annually depending on experience and skill level. Variable pay in the form of bonus compensation is available quarterly based on department and company metrics. Health benefits, 401k employer contributions, technology reimbursements, and more generally add about 8,000.00 in overall compensation.
  • WEO Media currently offers remote employment to residents of Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida.

More Details

Team members are required to have use of their own laptop and cell phone for work (monthly technology reimbursement given to cover the cost of wear and tear). We also offer a small home office reimbursement to purchase additional supplies needed upon hiring. For individuals needing an updated laptop or computer, we provide a 12 month no interest loan to assist with the purchase of new equipment.
