Department Information
Campus Services is a business unit within the division of Student Engagement and Well-Being. Campus Services is comprised of five departments providing services and support to students, faculty, staff, and visitors of Georgia Tech. In addition to these departments, Campus Services has an administrative staff devoted to strategically consolidating services in Capital Projects, Finance, and Sustainability. In its daily operations, Campus Services concentrates on customer excellence to facilitate the creation of a vibrant learn, live, work, and play community through the delivery of extraordinary services, programs, and facilities.

Job Summary

Coordinate and provide professional and administrative support for targeted programs and/or projects and unit initiatives. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Faculty and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: Faculty and staff. This position will supervise: NA.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Plan, execute and provide assistance for meeting and event logistics and scheduling
Job Duty 2 -
Establish schedules, oversee arrangements and provide logistics support for targeted programs and/or projects and unit initiatives
Job Duty 3 -
Evaluate, assess and report on the feasibility and sustainability of potential programs, projects and initiatives
Job Duty 4 -
Provide necessary support related to the identification and execution of adopted unit programs/projects and other unit initiatives
Job Duty 5 -
Develop, arrange/coordinate meetings and project materials for distribution, as necessary
Job Duty 6 -
Compile, organize and analyze data for use in reports for targeted programs/projects and other unit initiatives
Job Duty 7 -
Monitor and update appropriate stakeholders of progress/milestones for program/project objectives
Job Duty 8 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Three to five years job related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Working with a team tasked with replacing electronic locks inside and outside occupied residential halls on campus involves a combination of managerial, technical, and interpersonal skills. The daily functions of this role can be complex and multifaceted. Daily tasks will involve scheduling, maintaining accurate records/reports and quality control of the installation and replacement of electronic locks. Communication is paramount with the team to address concerns, identify/solve problems as they arise and provide updates on the project's progress. Flexibility is key as is adapting to changing circumstances ensuring minimal delays and disruptions.

SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and organization skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and/or within a team environment.
