Schedule: M-Thurs 12p-8p; Fri 9a-5p; some flexible scheduling possible. Primarily office-based with some hybrid remote option possible.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Counseling Supervisor oversees direct counseling staff as well as all aspects of the counseling program. Provides direct supervision of all client cases and ensures client safety as well as provides clinical guidance and direction in accomplishing treatment plan goals. Reviews and approves all staff paperwork and ensures compliance with funder requirements. Writes reports and maintains grant/contract compliances. Maintains relationships with other community providers regarding referrals. Provides community education and outreach regarding the program.
This program provides specialized counseling services to youth who have exhibited problematic sexual behavior (PSB) and are primarily involved with juvenile court. The program provides group counseling with some individual and family counseling. The supervisor will participate in groups each week in order to provide support to the staff and ensure fidelity of the model. This is an excellent opportunity for newer clinicians who are looking to develop their clinical skills as well as gain supervisory experience and clinical licensure hours.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy required
1-2 years direct therapy experience with youth in a community-based or inpatient setting required
1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
Experience with juvenile justice populations helpful
