Salary: up to $60k
Location: Park Ridge, IL

As a ProgramPlanner, you will act as a liaison between internal committees and staff departments while managing all aspects of programming for assigned global meetings.

Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

• Monitor all phases of program development, ensuring deadlines are met and logistic requests are communicated to the appropriate parties.
• Lead two Top of the Table Annual Meeting Program Development Committees.
• Coordinate all aspects of programming and speaker management, including identification, selection, and contracting for all speakers at assigned meetings.
• Serve as a liaison to the Non-Member Speaker PDC and the Member Speaker PDC.
• Collect speaker recommendations from Committees and Speaker Bureaus for review by committee.
• Maintain knowledge of current and future trends in association programming and management.

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• At least 2 years of association and/or volunteer management experience.
• Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping a high attention to detail and successfully meeting deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with staff and committee members of all levels within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel – up to 10%, domestically and internationally.
