Peraton is looking for a Program Manager who has experience managing large programs, financial, schedule, hiring, and transition-in for a program consisting of several hundred positions supporting operations in Europe. This position will be a key contributor supporting our team. You will be required to assist in the execution of the programs scope, forecasts and objectivizes. Provide day-to-day status to the Program Director of staffing, transition, demand issues as directed as well as all quality and staffing requirements (i.e., DOCPER, ECOPS, TESA/ASSA, SOFA, etc.). You will ensure quality standards, program tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of the program. Provide technical and analytic guidance to program Teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 12 years of experience, managing or supporting programs (Transition-in, Resource Management, and Staffing Roles). (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10+)
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience staffing large programs
- Demonstrated experience drafting and implementing Transition-In Plans and identifying risk with applicable mitigation plans.
- Willingness to work in Germany
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the processing DOCPER, ECOPS, TESA/ASSA, SOFA
- An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
- Previous military experience in EUCOM or AFRICOM
- Previous experience managing FEDSIM programs
- Previous MISO or OIE experience or familiarization
Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
