Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of management consulting experience within a corporate or consulting organization, or government agency.
- Experience with Social Impact or diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program development, execution, and performance monitoring.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading DEI programs, strategies, and initiatives.
- Experience with computer science, data analytics, and/or data science technologies.
- Ability to be customer orientation and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to align a team on outlook and goals.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at a time and keep stakeholders and contributors aligned and coordinated.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop measurements to assess the success and efficiency of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. Collect data, conduct analysis, and produce reports on impact of DEI focused work.
- Lead cross-functional partner teams to coordinate and scale critical DEI work across the Google's Data Center and Server Operations organization.
- Ensure consistent strategic Social Impact narrative through organization-wide and executive communications, content, and collateral. Model inclusive, thoughtful leadership with management capabilities.
- Facilitate objectives and key results planning, communicating with leadership, people and diversity business partners, and stakeholders.
- Design process and logistics for programmatic plan implementation and execution of programs, events, and projects.
