This role will be responsible for performing the operational excellence that is needed for managing the process and execution of projects. The Project Manager will be the liaison of the Marketing Department to the assigned departments. This role will also have the opportunity to drive process improvements on all projects.
- Orchestrate and drive the successful and timely completion of each task to achieve successful outcomes, including the identification and mitigation of risks and issues which may impact the project.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including project sponsors, subject matter experts and project team members in a time and consistent manner.
- Review and monitor project work to ensure forward progress is made and work is completed on-time and within budget
- Identify, monitor and communicate project-related issues including scope changes that may arise during the implementation.
- Facilitate, coordinate cross-functional discussions and decisions with subject matter experts within key functional areas.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred
- 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects using a standard project management methodology.
- Demonstrate accountability in project ownership and solution-oriented work approach.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Prior experience managing teams, tasks, project budgets, and prioritization of activities.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and build consensus with various audiences and manage project activities.
- Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to learn a new business domain and to build subject matter expertise in a short period of time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and project management tools.
- Business analysis experience in process definition, gap analysis, and workflow design is preferred.
