Program Manager, Licensed Sports

Amazon is looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate Program Manager to join the Licensed Sports team. The Licensed Sports team is responsible for retail partnerships and selection expansion with professional leagues (e.g. NFL, NBA, NHL) and collegiate properties (e.g. NCAA) on Amazon. The Program Manager will focus on developing and executing various fan engagement programs to increase awareness and discoverability of Licensed Sports products on Amazon. The Program Manager will also serve as a coordinator across internal teams including Vendor Management, Product, Marketing, and Merchandising supporting sports-related events and activations throughout the year.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel sports fan engagement strategy
- Build on and offsite campaigns to drive fan confirmations and awareness of Licensed Sports products
- Coordinate with Marketing and Design to develop a merchandising strategy for the Fan Shop
- Share weekly performance, learnings, upcoming launches with leadership during Weekly Business Reviews
- Input strategies/performance recaps into forward-looking strategy docs and/or hindsight docs
