Responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager:
- Manage compliance monitoring of sub-grantees for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program.
- Oversee and approve all requests for reimbursement, ensuring funds are expended in the appropriate categories and that expenditures do not exceed allowable state limits.
- Oversee and prepare ESG grant application documents for the federal government and for sub-grantees.
- Oversee the review and approval of ESG applications and budgets and prepare and disburse ESG grant agreements and amendments for signature by OEO Director and sub-grantees.
- Supervise staff to include preparing performance planning and evaluation documents and related personnel paperwork. Coach, counsel, and train employees. Establish and monitor work processes. Implement management policies and initiatives and promote teamwork.
- Prepare and submit all required reports for ESG to the appropriate funding sources, including the annual CAPER and APRs. Provide training for sub-grantees as requested.
Additional Requirements:
Employee must have thorough understanding of all applicable federal laws and regulations governing the administered programs, including applicable OMB Circulars. Must posses a valid driver's license.
