Treatment Program Manager, LPC/LMFT/LISW-CP

 

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000

A valid South Carolina independent professional license required: LISW-CP, LISW- CPS, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Addiction Counselor (master's and above), Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist.

 

The Treatment Program Manager role in South Carolina with National Youth Advocate Program is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth and families across South Carolina communities.  In this role, you will lead treatment foster care and behavioral health services teams and provide program leadership to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence in care for children, youth and families. This leadership role works closely with staff and persons served, providing advocacy and support toward the goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership for overall program operational excellence.
  • Provides individual and group supervision for treatment team staff.
  • Supports program excellence for persons served through staff professional development and participation in evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Participates in identifying barriers to and implementing solutions for successful family functioning and for foster and biological family stabilization.
  • Directs and oversees community support services including behavior modification, family support, and psycho-educational services to effect and support rapid and lasting placements with a focus on permanency.
  • Provides clinical direction and oversight, program-wide, for individual, family and group counseling, assessment, and treatment plan development.
  • Provides clinical services as needed.
  • Ensures program compliance with organizational and state regulatory requirements.
  • Embraces community engagement opportunities.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • A valid South Carolina independent professional license, LISW-CP, LISW- CPS, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Addiction Counselor (masters and above), or Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist required. LISW-CP or LISW-CP-S preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English with reading, writing, and speaking proficiency, a plus!
  • Experience with South Carolina Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of combined work experience in direct service with youth and families preferred.
  • A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours in the service of persons served.
  • Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
  • Proficient use of Excel.
  • Ability to travel locally and work with children, and families as necessary or assigned.

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
