JOB TITLE: Program Manager, Global Campaign Content
LOCATION: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid)
DURATION: 5+ months
RATE RANGE: $43.87-54.85/hr.
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Program Manager of Global Campaign Content to build and manage a best-in-class content management process to extend integrated Campaign Content into paid media programs across the globe. This role will be a key partner to global and regional integrated campaign teams, media teams, and global enablement teams, ensuring there is a streamlined process to extend localized Campaign Content into marketing channels that drive revenue.
We are looking for a process-driven candidate who understands the intersection between Campaign Content strategy and activating paid media. This role sits within our Global Integrated Marketing Strategy organization, reporting to the Senior Director, Campaign Activation and Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the business, teams, and current processes:

• Partner with global and regional integrated marketing teams to understand full cross-functional campaign plans and content available.
• Partner with global enablement team to understand localization and campaign activation processes to build broader view into live content across 17 markets across the globe.
• Partner with Media and Campaign Operations team to gain understanding of current approach to gathering Campaign Content and activating into market via paid channels globally.

Build refined global process for extending Campaign Content into paid media channels globally:

• Manage a global library of Campaign Content assets.
• Design streamlined global process to guide the selection of assets to extend to paid channels.
• Automate where possible to reduce operational overhead and increase speed to market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience at the intersection of integrated marketing and paid media channels, with strong focus on project management.
• Experience working on complex global B2B marketing organizations preferred.
• Strong experience in project management tools, excel, smartsheets, etc.
• Ability to collaborate and establish relationships globally at all levels of an organization.
• Enthusiastic teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
