Program Manager

They plan and manage resources like talent and budget, supervise program execution and present status reports, as well as train personnel and safeguard deadlines. The programs consist of several projects all working in concert to fulfill the programs overall objectives.

Skills:

• People management skills such as providing constructive feedback, managing program progress, identifying friction points, and working towards solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of each project’s objectives and their strategic value within the program towards the company objectives
• High-level project management and delegating skills to manage the overarching goals of each individual project.
• Determining the KPIs by which to measure the program’s status and success.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and managing all teams towards the same goals.
• Productive communication skills towards all participants
• Constructive feedback techniques
• Staying up to date with current trends and technological innovations relevant to the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
• Devising new projects that support the organization’s objectives.
• Coming up with sustainable goals for the program/organization
• Working with other departments to develop plans for the programs.
• Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
• Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met.
• Monitoring time and attendance of program/project coordinators.
• Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Working with the marketing/engineering team to improve strategies to attract more business within the program. (i.e., more projects).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
