- Our client, a well-established contract Electronics Manufacturer is currently seeking a Program Manager (internally titled B2B Customer Service Manager) for their Tallahassee, FL location. Our client has been in the contract EMS industry for 30 years offering customized PCB assembly, RF technology supporting medical, Aerospace/ Military, Communications, and Industrial markets.
- In this role, the Program Manager is responsible for developing quotations, customer solutions, and documentation for new and existing customer relationships and products. The position works effectively with cross functional teams to consistently provide an outstanding customer experience including working with Sales Management on attracting, winning, and retaining new customer relationships and expanding existing relationships. Some travel few times per year to customer sites and other company location.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams, quality teams, and project management
- Uncover & balance customer needs with Company policies and procedures
- Develop proposals in accordance with established pricing guidelines
- Ensure effective and timely communication & resolution of issues
- Perform Contract reviews in conjunction with the Senior leadership team
- Coordinate Quarterly Management Reviews with customers and Sales
- Coordinate Customer Kickoffs to ensure on-boarding success of new projects
- Present information effectively to internal and external audiences
Qualifications:
- Business degree, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years’ experience in contract electronics manufacturing environment in a technical inside sales (Enterprise Sales, B2B Customer Service) and / or Program Management role
- Understanding of ISO quality standards, Lean Manufacturing
- Understanding of general business finance as well as manufacturing planning (lead times needed, contract deadlines, etc.)
- Traits: Effective interpersonal Communication - verbal and written
- for internal and external contacts; ability to speak to audience (technical or non-technical) Proven negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to drive positive results with minimal supervision and direction; self-directed with ability to ask for what’s needed for success
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation for this role includes a base salary in the 90k – 100k/year range depending on candidate experience.
