Responsible for leadership of the College's
Youth Programs on multiple campuses. Performs outreach and needs assessment of the College's communities to develop programming that serves to enrich skills and competencies of the participants. Initiates and markets site specific programs using various media to achieve enrollment goals. Collaborates in the development of curriculum with
Youth Programs instructors and oversees budget.
Minimum Base Pay: $51,197.00. All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate's education and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees program development to ensure delivered programs are age appropriate, engaging, and comply with required safety standards. Establishes camp schedule, to include drop off and pick up procedures, class scheduling, food service and events for participants.
Enforces laws and statutes and establishes internal policies and procedures related to the safety of children in facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children.
Researches, promotes, and delivers marketing concepts and manages campaigns. Coordinates enrollment efforts by phone, email and in-person visits to new markets, schools, and targeted communities.
Monitors program registration goals to understand trends and identify means for development. Optimizes program capacity and enrollment goals.
Recruits, hires, and trains temporary staff, instructors and volunteers to ensure adequate and quality instruction and supervision of participants and effective implementation of activities.
Maintains good public relations and communication with participants, parents, staff and community in person and online.
Prepares and manages budget including revenue and expenses to meet financial targets and monitor financial performance. Generates revenue and expenditure reports as required.
Compiles program statistics. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of and participation in programs. Implements initiatives and adapts and customizes program portfolio and curriculum to meet community needs.

Knowledge of:
Youth development and practices of delivery
Multiple marketing and research methods
Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
Skilled in:
Strategic thinking including effective planning, setting goals, monitoring progress, tracking results, and making appropriate adjustments to plans based on circumstances and context
Delivering a high level of customer service
Budget and expense management
Ability to:
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations and take responsibility for a high level of service
Organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness
Develop and deliver presentations to culturally diverse groups from all social and economic segments of the community
