Program Manager - Adult/Older Adult Division

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill twoProgram Managerpositions. These are full-time positions in the Adult/Older Adult Division of the Behavioral Health Department based out of the Gardner Health Services Corporate Office located at 160 E Virginia Street, San Jose, CA 95112.Under the general direction of the Senior Program Manager and Mental Health Director, the Program Manager plans, organizes and directs program services and staff. The Adult/Older Adult Division is comprised of nine (9) different programs that provide mental and behavioral health services to adults with varying levels of mental illness and substance abuse. Gardner Health Services emphasizes culturally proficient and linguistically appropriate comprehensive behavioral health care to the needy of Santa Clara County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and mental health services as well as ability to supervise and lead clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
• State of CA LCSW or LMFT License.
• Valid CA Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Minimum three (3) years of related work experience working in Mental Health.
• Ability to supervise and provide consultation with difficult clients.
• Bilingual/Bicultural, preferred.

Compensation:
Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
Program Supervisor: $105,000 - $120,000/Annually
