Form of workYou will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the INTEGRATED TEST FACILITY BRANCH of NAV ORD TEST UNIT.
This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing contract principles, concepts or practices to support budgeting, design or construction projects for the achievement of effective program operations.
