Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES) is an 8(a) and minority business enterprise (MBE) that provides engineering, environmental, science, and specialized professional services solutions for customers nationwide.
OES has an immediate opening for a Program Managerlocated in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The professional will provide leadership and management for a regional program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all aspects of the program are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget, and without safety incidents
- Responsible for the overall management and direction of the program staff operations and for the execution of all work
- Coordinate with the designated customer representatives to obtain and clarify contract requirements.
- Provide engineering support through all phases of the project
- Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute contract requirements to ensure timeliness, completeness and quality of contract deliverables, identification and resolution of issues, corrective action plans, scheduling and proper allocation of resources to minimize impacts of personnel turnover, issues with coverage, gaps in qualified personnel, requirements coverage and early identification of problems that may impact contract performance.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze metrics for the contract requirements and provide management reviews
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure that projects are being programmed according to work classification (sustainment, repair, construction), funding sources, approval authorities, DD1391 development, project approval documentation
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Program Manager in the AEC industry.
- Proven experience with design and construction programs within the Department of Defense.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills effectively with various government entities (our clientele)
- Able to pass background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in either Architecture or Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineers or Registered Architects
- Active, or recently expired, DoD Security clearance.
Compensation Range:
$111,000- $160,000
