Job Summary and Qualifications

At HCA West Florida, we are committed to creating a world-class experience for each patient. As part of our team, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals truly making a difference in the health and lives of the people of West Florida. We are seeking a­­­­Program GME Coordinator. You will also support the division GME team in monitoring financial management of accredited residency training programs. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for providing administrative clerical support for the day-to-day operations of the department.
• You will contribute to optimizing customer satisfaction and the continuity and effective operation of the department.
• You will provide administrative support and optimize time; maintain and manage daily schedule.
• You will coordinate, and prioritize mail and other correspondence for review.
• You will manage travel itineraries.
• You will ensure departmental files, policy and procedure manuals, protocols, and reports for various hospital, state and federal organizations are maintained and up to date.
• You will interpret and apply ACGME and/or AOA and other national accrediting agencies requirements, and hospital policies to support compliance.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• No Travel Travel Required
• 3 years experience Required Years of Experience
