Job Title:Program Manager, Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery
Location: Various Locations
Position Overview: The Program Manager will provide comprehensive oversight andmanagement of a large IDIQ contract, ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects and personnel at various locations. This role requires maintaining high-level relationships with senior management within the client organization and ensuring adherence to quality standards and expected work performance on all task orders and projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Oversight and Management:
• Provide strategic oversight and management of the overall contract operations, including multiple projects and tasks across various locations.
• Ensure quality standards and performance metrics are met or exceeded on all task orders and projects.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain and manage relationships with senior-level management within the client organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications and issues.
3. Project Planning and Organization:
• Plan, organize, and oversee work efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• Assign resources effectively to various projects and tasks to optimize performance and efficiency.
4. Personnel Management:
• Manage personnel involved in the contract, including project managers, team leads, and other staff.
• Monitor overall project and contract performance, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
5.Decision Support and Facilitation:
• Direct and conduct facilitation and related decision support services for agencies, working groups, and teams.
• Utilize standard project management practices and methodologies to produce expected contract outcomes reliably. Qualifications: Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field. PMP is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, multi-site contracts. Experience in disaster recovery or public health emergency management is preferred.
