We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Management Analyst will provide support across the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office, PMA-280, and directly support the Advanced Concepts & Technologies (AC&T) Lead and Program Risk Manager.
The Program Management Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating between PMA-280 and external customers for technical planning, execution, and meeting support, including developing briefing materials, responding to data requests, and tracking actions.
- Coordinating AC&T milestone reviews and SETR events, including generating briefing packages for AC&T Program Management Reviews, PEO leadership updates, and external stakeholder meetings.
- Maintaining AC&T resources, distribution lists (NMCI/SIPR), and other AC&T organizational information, including maintaining a document repository for tacking internal and external project documents.
- Distributing information to team members regarding PMA-280 updates, AC&T coordination, and external customer information.
- Supporting risk management activities with PMA-280's Risk Manager, external customers, and other PMA-280 IPTs.
- Supporting bi-weekly NAVAIR leadership status updates and NAVAIR leadership data calls, as needed.

EDUCATION: BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline is desired OR a AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
EXPERIENCE: Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in program/project status tracking, risk management, and schedules.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
