Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Program Management Lead for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Drive end to end planning and monitoring of projects, and track project status to ensure timely delivery. Review and design processes and procedures aimed to streamline and standardize project/Program Management across ICG Chief Data Office while addressing various governance requirements across the enterprise. Ensure program and project compliance with quality standards set by the company. Prepare training materials and impart training to stakeholders on guidelines, policies and procedures. Support planning and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program/portfolio of programs. Provide well-reasoned, balanced assessments of issues and questions. Identify risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Communicate project status, issues, and risk disposition to all stakeholders and senior management on a timely basis. Analyze and leverage data to prepare presentations and reports reflecting project metrics to inform decisions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Industrial & Labor Relations or related field and 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Manager, or related position. 4 years of experience must include: Utilizing MS Office applications and advanced Excel to synthesize large volumes of data; Data analysis to prepare presentations and reports reflecting project metrics and trend analysis; Communicating with stakeholders to provide status reports; Defining and implementing processes and procedures for status reporting, risk/issues management, and change control; Leading adherence to internal policies and procedures; Synthesizing and articulating high volume information/documentation; and Driving resolution of project management issues.
