Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking an IT Program Manager with experience in SaaS environments and e-discovery solutions to manage program timelines, develop business requirements, assess needs, and coordinate testing activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in a technology team
Experience with managing technical programs in SaaS environment
Experience with Google Vault
Responsibilities:
Execute the strategy for e-discovery solutions across Legal and IT teams
Manage program, timelines, milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders
Work with stakeholders to develop the current and future business requirements around EDRM (electronic delivery reference model)
Assess e-Discovery needs and collaborate with IT Engineering to advise on technology products
Create detailed test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify potential issues and manage escalations related to e-discovery
Create and maintain documentation related to e-discovery programs
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with e-discovery tooling (such as Nuix, Relativity, Google Vault, Logickull, Onna, Disco Hold)
Experience in regulated industries and understanding of relevant compliance standards
Pay: 43-57

Pay Details: $43.00 to $57.00 per hour
