It Program Manager

Job Summary: Seeking an IT Program Manager with experience in SaaS environments and e-discovery solutions to manage program timelines, develop business requirements, assess needs, and coordinate testing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in a technology team

• Experience with managing technical programs in SaaS environment

• Experience with Google Vault

Responsibilities:

• Execute the strategy for e-discovery solutions across Legal and IT teams

• Manage program, timelines, milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders

• Work with stakeholders to develop the current and future business requirements around EDRM (electronic delivery reference model)

• Assess e-Discovery needs and collaborate with IT Engineering to advise on technology products

• Create detailed test plans and test cases

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

• Identify potential issues and manage escalations related to e-discovery

• Create and maintain documentation related to e-discovery programs

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with e-discovery tooling (such as Nuix, Relativity, Google Vault, Logickull, Onna, Disco Hold)

• Experience in regulated industries and understanding of relevant compliance standards

 

 

 Pay: 43-57

Pay Details: $43.00 to $57.00 per hour
