Summary/Objective:
The Program Management Analyst position will support the SSC/SZG office providing support to the Quasi-Zenith Satellite System Hosted Payload (QZSS-HP) and follow-on Hosted Payload efforts for integration of SSC developed capabilities into Host Satellites. This position is pending contract award, targeted for May 2024.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support through staff meeting maintenance, distinguished visitor logistics, workflow responsibilities, coordination with host nation personnel, and management of logistics and security lines of effort to enable mission success.
- Conduct organization studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Requires master’s degree, with 10+ years of demonstrated experience in related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communication both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical and administrative accuracy in a professional manner.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

Very little.
