This position is located in Management Directorate, Office of Intake and Document Production, Forms And Requirements Division.
As an Management and Program Analyst, you will ensure the Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP) forms contain information to further the USCIS mission; are consistent, timely, high-quality, and appropriate for the intended audience.Qualifications: The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/11/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/11/2024
- Evaluating changes to forms, intake-related policies, and operational procedures that have an agency-wide impact.
- Participating in workgroups to take or recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments, special studies, and detailed analyses of complex processes.
- Appling current knowledge of Adobe suite of products for creation of forms.
- Facilitating business requirements analysis and work sessions including presentations, communications, and documentation.
- Identifying creative solutions to business requirements, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives and provides recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the business workflow and planning process.
- Working with IT components during development across impacted organizations to clarify business requirements, testing, and outcomes.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to obtain additional insights, approaches, and demonstrations of solutions.
