You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:GS-13 LEVEL: You must have 1 year specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience using of a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative; Management and organizational principles to apply to Embedded HR programs, projects and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and means to improve them. Experience with project Management and organizational processes to evaluate projects and studies and to identify problem HR areas, trends, deficiencies, or other similar factors affecting operations. Experience with oral communication techniques to present findings, deliver briefings, and negotiate solutions to disputed recommendations.
MEET TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS FOR GS-13: Under merit promotion procedures, applicants must satisfy time-in-grade requirements contained in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. Time is credited based on calendar time served in a grade, regardless of the number of days or hours worked.
TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT: By the closing date (or if this is an open continuous announcement, by the cut-off date) specified in this job announcement, current civilian employees must have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate, known as time after competitive appointment. For this requirement, a competitive appointment is one where you applied to and were appointed from an announcement open to "All US Citizens".
