Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is looking for candidates for Program Director. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of program development, delivery and evaluation throughout the organization in our core areas of Education, Leadership, Creative Arts, Health and Wellness, and Sports and Recreation. Preferred Candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, child development, recreation).
- Two years of experience working in a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth development position.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite of productivity applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, youth ages 6-18, families, and other partners

Compensation: This position pays starting from $50,000 annually but may qualify for a higher starting rate depending on your skills and experience.
Full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off and Employee Assistance Program.
