Program Director - Medicare Advantage

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Program Directoris responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and management of our Medicare Advantage Call Center. Works closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales, enhance customer retention, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills will foster a culture of excellence, efficiency, and empathy, ensuring the team provides the best possible experience to our members.

How you will make an impact:

• Directs the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance of Medicare Advantage plans.
• Ensure the call center operates efficiently, implementing best practices in call center management and customer service.
• Oversees compliance with Medicare guidelines and other regulatory requirements, ensuring all sales and retention activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices; and remains aware of industry trends.
• Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align call center activities with broader company objectives.
• Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the program's success.
Provides leadership to program managers and project managers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Minimum of 5 years of external Medicare call center management strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $96,696 to $193,392.
