The Program Director will be located in Sicklerville, NJ and be responsible for 3 vocational programs in Sicklerville and Vineland, NJ. The Program Director reports to the State Director of Vocational Services.
Salary: $65,000-$69,000
What Devereux looks for in YOU:
The Program Director will be responsible to develop, administer and coordinate program operations for multiple day and vocational programs within the Southern New Jersey regional area to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for the individuals in our care. The director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all professional services, has oversight of all the financial components including budget adherence and upholding high quality standards of care and habitation for a variety of community settings. You will also provide leadership, guidance and supervision to direct reports; give ongoing, balanced feedback and direction for professional development and improved service delivery. Monitor staffing patterns, completion of progress notes/documentation, overall performance, budgetary and fiscal soundness of each service over time.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
You'd make a great Program Director if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Master's degree preferred and will count towards one year of field experience
Minimum 5 years' experience working with the I/DD population in community vocational services, or employment services setting with at least 1 of those years in a supervisory capacity.
