Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various facilities under our program umbrella. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Avery Lane is an all-female substance abuse, mental health, and trauma specialized facility that offers both inpatient and outpatient levels of care. This role would be overseeing all facilities and working with other departments and leadership team to support the program, our team and our clients that we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program policies and procedures
- Supervise and provide guidance to program staff, promoting professional growth and development
- Oversee administrative tasks such as program documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulations
- Manage the licensing and accreditation compliance aspects of our facilities
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals served, their families, and other stakeholders
- Ensure program activities align with established goals and objectives
- Implement strategies to address behavioral health needs of program participants
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field ideal but not required
- Experience working in substance abuse treatment
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Strong understanding of working with individuals with addiction and/or mental health disorders
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to program services

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
