Opportunity Matters is a local non profit organization based in Sartell, MN. We provide support and services to individuals with disabilities that advance personal growth, independence and productivity!

Schedule is 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday (occasional evenings/weekends as needed on a limited basis)

$21.50/hr and Benefits eligible including, medical, dental, vision, Cell phone plan discount, 401k with 5% company match, and various community discounts!

The primary role of the Program Coordinator is to care for individuals in a residential home setting. The Program Coordinator provides personal care, guidance, and the appropriate support tailored to the needs of each person served, to prepare and promote each individual to live as independently as possible.

· Provide leadership; continuously building rapport with staff and persons served through effective interpersonal relationship

· Serve as a role model for staff and persons served by fostering a positive work environment supported through effective communication and development/supervision of persons served program and goals

· Train new staff and assist with continued training and development of staff

· Ensure shift coverage is maintained

Previous related experience:

· at least 1 year of related experience providing Direct Care preferred

Other knowledge & skill requirements:

· Read, Write, and Speak English fluently

· Maintain a valid Class D driver’s license and complies with OMI insurance guidelines

· Valid CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications (we train).
