Under general supervision, coordinates administrative, personnel and logistical support for a defined department program. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments. May supervise support staff. Communicates, using a variety of media, with internal and external constituencies. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.55
High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
Preferred:
Preferred degree in social work or related field. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to easily establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office especially Excel, zoom meetings, Adobe PDFs, etc. Knowledge of community resources as well as governmental social programs
