Under the direct supervision of department leadership Behavioral Health Special Programs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Procedures, Spravato Services and coordinating health psychology services for patients referred and enrolled in these programs. This position supports patient education, preparation, scheduling, and documentation. The Coordinator works closely with the providers and management to ensure the program and treatment is a smooth process for the patient and consistent with Duly quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED and completion of one of the following:
- Accredited Medical or Nursing Assistant Program or
- EMT-B
- Equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of medical experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
*Must be obtained in the first 90 days*:
- CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care)
- TMS Certification (certification offered through TMS vendor @ Duly Health and Care)
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.
- Team-oriented.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Problem solving, lateral thinking and reasoning skills.
- Communication skills.
- Knowledge of windows applications for computers
- Understand and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Ability to work with patients of all ages with psychiatric conditions
