PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Hybrid position 70% in-person/30% remote
Program Coordinator is a part-time 30 hour a week position with the purpose of coordinating events and activities primarily as they relate to the Programming Team. Reports to Wearhouse ™ Manager.
Pay rate: $20-$23/hr DOE

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Volunteer Management
· Manage and coordinate all volunteer activities including outreach, onboarding, training, & retention.
· Review volunteer applications.
· Keep records of Volunteer interests and engagements to expedite specific needs as they arise.
· Set up & maintain schedule for in-person volunteer groups for the Wearhouse™, Success Express and some Special Events.
Program Support
· Work closely with the Wearhouse™ Manager, and act as back-up to manage Volunteers in all Wearhouse™ and Success Express activities.
· Coordinate Challenge Incarceration Program events.
· Supervise Success Express events on site, including scouting expeditions.
· Work with Wearhouse™ Manager to execute quarterly in-person Client-Only Sales & Donation Day events.
· Assist Wearhouse™ Manager with Confidence Kit order processing, volunteer assembly, delivery, and weekly data entry into Salesforce.
Development Support
· Work with VP of Strategic Partnerships to coordinate Corporate Volunteer Events and donation drive drop-offs.
Ideal Qualifications
· Arrive early for all in-person and online appointments.
· Calmly find solutions for unanticipated issues that arise.
· Ensure volunteers and clients have a positive experience and advocate for them as needed.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office and Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, Acuity, Asana, & Expensify
· Fulfill other tasks as assigned to meet operational needs of the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of volunteer management experience. Recruitment and training experience required. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ongoing flexibility and follow-through to meet ever-changing demands in a fast-paced organization. Growth mindset with excellent accountability and follow-through. Initiative and ability to work independently with little direction. Ability to learn new technology and platforms.
