RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Director of Business Operations and Regulatory Compliance with administrative tasks and provide coverage of PHMC reception desk as needed.
• Follows up with potential new hires during the credentialing process to ensure that applicant's clearances are received and submitted to HR
• Sends the Applicant Tracker to Directors weekly to ensure they have the most up to date info on their candidates.
• Responsible for assigning equipment (laptop, cell phone) to new hire.
• Completes Administrative Overview paperwork with the new hire and acquires locker.
• Conducts site tours with new hires.
• Assists in billing regarding fee for service activities, including checking participants' eligibility via EVS, data entry, and submitting information for evaluation and initial authorization requests and reauthorization requests.
• Maintains proficiency in the Client Registry System (CRS) to retrieve information as needed.
• Performs special projects at Director of Business Operations and Regulatory Compliance's discretion.
• Responsible for updating the Forensic Services employee directory and emailing to agency partners.
• Assists with the Forensic Service Applicant Tracking for HR compliance and hiring process.
• Reviews the Face-to-Face report biweekly and update address/zip code information if necessary.
• Run monthly case load active numbers.
• Follows up with Service Referral Coordinator to obtain monthly PHMC referral numbers and report them to the Director of Case Management.
• Update/Track Case Management policies /procedures on the M-drive
• Contacts IPP Probation Liaison as needed for Case Management eligibility.
• Will support Forensic Service Directors with compiling data for compliance related activities and mandated funder reporting requirements.
• Will support Forensic Services Directors with total quality management and quality assurance activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Must be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel. Must be able to map data and create pie charts/bar charts.
• Must be a professional and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Must have good organizational, oral and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and be able to perform repetitive motions.
• Prior experience with billing or other fiscal related activities required.
*EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 4 years clerical experience necessary.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have data entry experience.
• Background in human services or health care a plus

• Bachelor's Degree a plus
