Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of program initiatives and activities
- Provide administrative support to program managers and staff
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and presentations
- Maintain program databases and records
- Conduct research and gather data for program evaluation and improvement
- Assist with program recruitment efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with community partners to promote program services and resources
- Assist with fundraising efforts to support program activities
- Provide support in program budgeting and financial management
Skills:
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage program staff and volunteers
- Leadership abilities to guide program operations and initiatives
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and report writing
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices
- Excellent public speaking skills to represent the program at meetings and events
- Experience in fundraising strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with addiction counseling principles is a plus
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate program participants or volunteers
- Proficiency in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Market knowledge to identify target audiences for program outreach
